Heaven on Earth was message series in February 2018 that explored what it looks like to partner with God in His mission to reach people, finding tangible ways to serve others and give to those in need.
Support Our Global Partners
God calls us to show compassion and care for those in need—and not just those in physical need, but also those struggling with emotional, spiritual, or relational poverty.
For this reason, Eagle Brook partners with organizations in our communities and around the world that specialize in caring for those in need while strengthening the local church. These organizations have both the vision and the infrastructure to impact thousands of lives—and as a church, we have the opportunity to bless them through our time, resources, and prayer.
ORPHANetwork (Nicaragua)
ORPHANetwork helps orphaned children in Nicaragua reach their full potential by providing food, clean water, medical help, education, and spiritual development. Nicaragua is the poorest Spanish-speaking country in the Western hemisphere; ORPHANetwork seeks to break the cycle of poverty that exists in these children’s lives.
The Timothy Initiative (Nepal)
The Timothy Initiative trains and develops indigenous church planters in Nepal who reach groups of people in their country that have never heard about Jesus before.
World Vision (Mozambique)
Through our partnership with World Vision, Eagle Brook attenders currently sponsor an entire region in Mozambique affected by AIDS and poverty. Through child sponsorships, World Vision provides clean water, food, medical aid, education, and job training to the region—all done in the name of Jesus.
Merge Our Diverse City
There are nearly one million first- or second-generation immigrants in the Twin Cities, and 90 percent of these people do not attend a church. Merge Our Diverse City is a local ministry that focuses on reaching a diverse population of immigrants in the Twin Cities for Christ.
Berhane Wongel Church (Ethiopia)
In Ethiopia, the need to share hope is great, as there are many who have never heard the message of Jesus Christ. Eagle Brook assists local church leaders by providing funding for food, pastoral training, and scholarships for pastors to attend seminary. Several years ago, Eagle Brook also helped build youth hostels for the Borana people.
Norwegian Churches
Eagle Brook offers leadership training to six Norwegian churches that are actively involved with the Eagle Brook Association. Additionally, a ministry for young adults called Touchpoint has launched in five different Norwegian cities.
Ukrainian Churches
Eagle Brook offers financial support and leadership training to churches in Chiggarin and Cherkassy, and has assisted with planting churches in surrounding Ukrainian villages.
